Zajima mně a určitě i spoustu ostatnich lidi ze Zbečníka kolik je bude stat připojeni ke kanalizaci (hrubě rozmezi mezi nejnižši a nejvyšši cenou za kompletni vybudovani kanalizacve, pokud to bude 5, 10, 20, 50 m (zistěte prosim za každu delku zvlašť) od hranice pozemku až do jejich hajzlu a odtoku odpadnich vod). Dal mě zajima esli je domovni připojka opravdu povinna (nebo esli pak toho gdo se nepřipoji budete buzerovat) a pokud ano, tak co dělat, gdyž na ni něgdo nebude mit penize a ani po splatkach to pry nejde?! Slyšel sem i něco o pokutach za nepřipojeni nebo totalni buzeraci (vyvaženi žumpy každy měsic), jaka je pravda? Co vim z doslechu, tak sem slyšel i odhadovanu cenu za připojeni přes 100 000 kč u někerych nešťastlivcu. Potom material, ten si mužem sami vybrat, nebo město urči třeba jednu firmu a jeden typ trub a reviznich šachet kery kupovat? O tomhle se nigde nepsalo a chci jasne odpovědi na moje otazki, tady a přehledně, a ne aby to bylo něco ve stilu zeptejte někoho ineho, ja nic nevim, jako starostka byste totiž měla vědět co se děje ve vašem městě a mit o tom přehled!

Todle bude zajimat asi i spoustu dalšich lidi tak prosim o odpověď v sekci Názory a podněty občanů.

Cena za nové připojení ke kanalizaci je různá a ovlivňuje ji spouta věcí. Jestli si necháte přípojku udělat se vším všudy firmou, bude to jistě stát více, než když si ji vybudujete svépomocí. Většina občanů je již na novou kanalizaci napojena, tak se můžete poptat na jejich zkušenosti. S typem odpadních trub a revizní šachtou Vám poradí třeba ve firmě Proto.cz Hronov, kde asi nakupovala většina místních občanů. rád bych připojil i já svůj osobní názor k dopisu paní Martiny a ke komentářům paní starostky a dalších zainteresovaných. Pravda, jak už to tak většinou bývá, je asi někde uprostřed.
Sice jsme byli informování o jednotlivých etapách výstavby a dokonce i o faktu, že dojde k odfrézování povrchu vozovky po celém Zbečníku. Tuto informaci si ale většina obyvatel vykládala zřejmě stejně jako já, že se bude provádět dle uvedených etap výstavby. Skutečnost ale byla taková, že se v podstatě najednou "rozďoubal" celý Zbečník. Což o to, kdyby silnice alespoň zůstala bez odfrézovaného asfaltu, tedy na žulových kostkách, asi by nebylo co vytknout. Jenže se vybagrovali i žulové kostky a to byla dle mého názoru velká chyba. Za sucha se naskladněný štěrk z Pustin převáží nákladními auty téměř přes celý Zbečník v mračnech prachu a za mokra zase v kalužích a blátě.

Použitelných chodníků je opravdu jako šafránu, ale neustálým kličkováním a přecházením z jedné strany na druhou se nakonec každý dostane ke své nemovitosti bez větší úhony. Ale toto platí pouze za sucha. Ovšem za deště, po kotníky v blátě, s dětmi kličkovat mezi stroji, auty a spoustou výkopů, to je úplně o něčem jiném :-(

Nevím, v jaký den vyjela paní Martina a tak to ponechám bez komentáře.
O zákazu vjezdu v pracovních dnech v časovém rozmezí 8.30 do 14.30 hodin ví každý, ale někteří si z toho nic nedělají a jezdí si sem tam, jako by nic. Od toho je tu ale státní a městská policie, aby si v tom udělali pořádek. Pravdou také je, že některé firmy pracují jako kati, ať je pracovní den nebo víkend. Jak se mají řešit naše výjezdy o víkendu, ale nic nevíme. Stále platí to časové omezení a nebo můžeme s auty vyjet, kdy budeme chtít?

Také je pravdou, že je spousta lidí naštvaných a otrávených nejen ze současných podmínek ve Zbečníku, ale i s konečnou podobou obce dle projektu, který byl pravděpodobně ušit horkou jehlou. Možná by stačilo častěji informovat občany než jen jednou měsíčně a více s nimi komunikovat i na budoucí podobě obce. Bohužel nyní jsme v jakési roli fackovacího panáka a jen čekáme, co nového nám přinese příští den. Osobně bych uvítal týdenní seznam prací, abychom věděli, co a kde se bude budovat.

Dále se od spoluobčanů dozvídám na čem všem se podepsal osadní výbor. Zelené pásy? Souhlas se zrušením chodníků? A ty co zůstanou, že budou asfaltové? Bohužel musím uznat, že OV v těch nejdůležitějších okamžicích své existence totálně zklamal. Dle mého názoru se měla uskutečnit schůzka s občany a nebo nějaký průzkum názorů na budoucí podobu naší obce. Na základě Vašich názorů by pak OV rozhodl. Nic z toho se ale neuskutečnilo a věřím, že spousta z Vás možná ani teď neví, jak bude Zbečník po dokončení všech prací vypadat. Z tohoto jednání jsem velice zklamaný a je mi líto, že jsem se na něčem takovém spolupodílel.

Dnes jsem se zaměřil na schůdnost a použitelnost chodníků a musím uznat, že se situace o proti minulému týdnu o dost zlepšila. Je jasné, že v místě budování silnice a chodníků okolo firmy Wikov, žádné použitelné chodníky nejsou. Ale to snad pochopí každý.

Vážení Zbečníčáci,neříkám dobrý den,protože ten si z nás dělá někdo jiný.
Napsala jsem paní starostce a do Unásku,že nesouhlasím se zelenými pruhy,zeleně je ve Zbečníku dost a pásy jsou na úkor chodníku a silnice-to už je u WIKOVU vidět.
Potřebujeme chodníky a to po obou stranách,ne aby,chodci museli přebíhat z jedné strany na druhou,protože je v cestě zelený pás.Je to nebezpečné pro chodce i pro řidiče,každý kdo tu bydlí ví jak hustý je tu provoz.
A tak si kladu otázky-
-pro koho jsou dobré zelené pásy,kdo z toho má prospěch,je to levnější???
-proč jsou chodníky asfaltové,když už se to nikde nedělá???Je to levnější???Případná oprava je snadnější,když se dlažba rozebere a znovu položí,asfalt se rozřeže a hotovo.
-kdo bude pásy udržovat,ať už jsou to keře nebo tráva??? V létě i zimě.
-na Zbečníku se šetří,ale schvaluje se rolba za téměř 4mil.,není něco levnějšího???

Náhodou mi přišly do ruky paměti Zbečníka a tam mimo jiné je zápis z roku 1948"že Hronov chce všechno získati pro sebe, na úkor ostatních obcí-Zbečníka,Dřevíče,Rokytníka a Velkého Poříčí"-posuďte sami

Osadní výbor tu není pro obyvatele Zbečníka,ale pro radnici v Hronově.

Vážená paní Mrázová.

Moc si vážím Vašeho příspěvku, protože jen málokdo se dokáže veřejně vyjádřit k situaci ve Zbečníku. Spoustě lidí se něco nelíbí, brblají a nadávají, ale tím to také končí. A to není dobře. My zde žijeme a doufám, že i nadále budeme. Je to náš Zbečník a měli bychom mít možnost vyjádřit se k jeho budoucí podobě. Nesmíme se nechat odbýt tvrzeními, že to už nejde změnit. Věřím, že nikomu z opravdových Zbečničáků není lhostejné, jak to zde bude po rekonstrukci vypadat.

Silnice, most, chodníky i s těmi slavnými zelenými pásy nejsou jako pítko na Prdlavku. Pítko se dá po pěti letech recyklovat ve sběrných surovinách a nebo použít na pitevně, kam zřejmě bylo i určeno. Se Zbečníkem se ale následujících cca 25 let již nic dělat nebude.

Paní Mrázová bohužel máte stoprocentní pravdu - vyjma rolby o které se nechci vyjadřovat, jelikož jsem se o tuto věc nezajímal a nemohu tedy soudit.

Stejné nebo podobné otázky a dotazy jsem měl na schůzích Osadního výboru také. Bohužel nikdy se mi nedostalo seriózní odpovědi a nakonec jsem musel přijmout výsledky hlasování. Je velká škoda, že ze schůzí Osadního výboru nejsou zápisy. Znala by jste důvody, argumenty a tím i odpovědi na Vaše otázky. Máte li zájem, rád Vám vše řeknu osobně.

Rád bych žil ve Zbečníku, který bude pro všechny Zbečničáky bezpečný, funkční a také pěkný. Bohužel projekty byly vytvořeny tak, že Zbečník bezpečný ani funkční nebude. V první řadě šlo o to, aby silnice II/567 byla vyhovující pro tranzitní dopravu a to že by zde měl někdo žít bylo druhořadé. O výsledné podobě naší obce se také dá polemizovat, protože to bude otázka vkusu a názoru každého z nás.

Moc Vám děkuji za Váš příspěvek a věřím, že ještě není vše ztraceno.
Jediné co mě v tuto chvíli napadá je sepsání petice s našimi žádostmi.
Kéž by takových občanů jako jste Vy bylo více.

Michale,
také věřím,že ještě není vše ztraceno.Na opravu silnice a chodníků jsme čekali dlouho a víc než trpělivě.Domy se nám léta třesou nad hlavou a máme strach,že spadnou.
Nejsem zvyklá si stěžovat,ale teď toho mám dost-když konečně došlo na opravu,jsme zklamáni odbytým projektem (akce Zbečník?).U Wikovu už jsou k vidění ony pruhy různých délek
a tvarů na úkor cesty a chodníků.Nechápu,jak v dnešní době mohl tohle někdo stvořit a mám dojem,že ve Zbečníku nikdy nebyl a nic o něm neví.Zřejmě ani nepředpokládal,že tu někdo žije.
Paní starostka mi na můj dopis odpověděla,že požádala kolegy na úřadě a projektanta chodníkových těles k vyjádření do 20.06.a potom mi dá písemnou odpověď na moje připomínky.
Bylo by dobré,aby se se svými připomínkami přidali i ostatní,protože na zlobení , až tento projekt bude proveden,už bude pozdě.
Všichni nemůžou sledovat internet a tak prosím ty,kteří si to přečtou,řekněte to dál!!!
Ještě k rolbě.Také nevím detaily,ale v posledním Unásku,na str.informace z radnice-RM schvaluje,je vlevo asi uprostřed psáno"jako dodavatele akce dodávka 1ks rolby na úpravu led.plochy......rolba za 3,751.000,-Kč.Tak tady se nešetří!

Bohužel, Zbečničaci řešej všechno svym oblibenym stilem: Co jim vadi to ignorujou a gdyž už to nejde vydržet, tak se rači pudou utopit do Zbečnickeho potoka než by byli tak drzi a řekli ži jim něco vadi! Zbečničaci si připadaj jako fackovaci panak? Proč ne, kvuli čemu se se jinde pišou petice v okruhu kilometru, kvuli tomu tu lidi ani nezvednou zadek. Dobrý den pane Lembeji,

můj email paní starostce rozvířil asi poklidné vody občanů Zbečníka. Dnes jsem byla upozorněna na webový stránkách na nové přírůstky na toto téma. Pokud se budu vyjadřovat nadále emailem, budu propírána jako diletant, který tady nebydlí ale stál si stěžuje. Můj email byl vyvěšen na webové stránky před mým souhlasem se zveřejněním, ale můj souhlas paní starostka dostala poté, co jsme si v telefonu popovídali. Nestydím se za svá psaná slova a za to co jsem nazvala jako "Poznání stavby Zbečník ". Bohužel, některým občanům Zbečníka vadí tento názor a považují ho za stížnost. Nestydím se ani za svůj podpis, někteří z obyvatel kteří též přidali svůj příspěvek ale své celé jméno neuvádějí, tedy není uvedené v příspěvku, pouze paní nebo pán a začátek asi příjmení.......Chápu a děkuji anonymu, který se ke mě přidal, ( škoda že to byl anonym ) ano tato dotyčná osoba má pravdu, že nemíní být propírána jako JÁ a hlavně má tato osoba pravdu.
V druhém emailu paní starostce jsem se ihned ohradila na nařknutí že jezdím po dvanácté hodině Zbečníkem....to už se na stránky města nedostalo. Nejezdím Zbečníkem, jezdím od Červeného Kostelce a k nemovitosti se musím dostat a je na výjezdu na Červený Kostelec a nikoho neomezuji v jeho výkonu práce a nikomu se nepletu !!! Ani bych si to nedovolila. To že zde jezdí x cizích aut, kamióny a i zájezdní autobus v týdnu...to je bohužel jiná věc. Ale vše se dalo řešit i tak jak psal anonym.
Vím, že co občan to názor, někdo souhlasí někdo je proti. Jen musím říct že se mě některé praktiky stavby Zbečník nelíbí, ale provokovat dalším emailem by bylo již dost ožehavé pro moji osobu a mé blízké......

děkuji za Váš příspěvek, který objasnil některé věci, jenž v prvním zveřejněném dopise chyběly.
Všichni jsme očekávali, že tato budovatelská akce nás bude omezovat. Nečekali jsme ovšem, že zvoleným způsobem prací nás to zasáhne až tak moc. Musíme to ale brát jako nutné zlo a daň za to, že nakonec budeme mít nový Zbečník a já stále doufám, že i lepší Zbečník.

To že po Zbečníku jezdí autobusy, kamiony i cizí auta, by mělo být nejspíše starostí městské a statní policie. Můj názor je ten, že zákaz vjezdu do Zbečníka je sice několikrát značen v Horním Kostelci, ale hlavní závora se zákazem byla ještě nedávno odsunuta spíše na cestu na Končiny. Chybí zde opakovaný zákaz vjezdu a ještě nějaká další velká tabule, že touto cestou se opravdu projet nedá, aby to napadlo třeba i maďarského řidiče kamionu, který dojel až k řeznictví a odsud musel couvat zpět.

Dovolím si tvrdit, že osvěta kolem "Akce Zbečník" se moc nepovedla a to je moc škoda, protože rekonstrukce silnice II/567 už byla vážně potřeba. Vždyť původní asfaltová cesta tu sloužila nějakých 35 let. Od projíždějících kamionů se klepaly domy a praskaly zdi, když "trefily" vytlučený kanál nebo vydrolenou díru ve vozovce.

Kanalizace už asi takovou podporu u lidí mít nebude, ale z pohledu civilizovaného člověka, který alespoň trochu ekologicky smýšlí, je vybudování nové kanalizace krok dopředu.

Zato rekonstrukce chodníků je zatím největším zklamáním této megaakce. Dle navrženého projektu bych řekl, že jestli u předchozích dvou případů (cesta a kanalizace) uděláme dva kroky vpřed, tak s chodníky minimálně pět zpátky. Toto je smutný příklad toho, jak by se projektovat nemělo. Absolutní nezájem o lidi a jejich bezpečnost v obci je zarážející. Klidně se zruší chodníky bez náhrady a tak člověku nezbude nic jiného, než přecházet silnici s hustým provozem. Na bezpečnější přecházení vozovky se ve vyspělejších státech používají přechody pro chodce, bohužel tento výkřik civilizace bude ve Zbečníku použit pouze u firmy Wikov a konečně také před základní školou Zbečník. Na místech, kde budou zrušeny chodníky budou ale v lepším případě pouze místa pro přecházení, což pro bezpečnost dětí a starších lidí je absolutně nevyhovující. Nevím, kolik by stálo zachování stávajících chodníků a nebo alespoň vytvoření oficiálních přechodů pro chodce, ale věřím, že jejich cena nebude nikdy tak velká, jako cena za zmařený lidský život.

Můj hlavní dojem z celé této akce je ten, že zde není komunikace na dostatečné úrovni, aktuální informovanost a příjem zpětné vazby od lidí. Je spousta neznámých věcí třeba kolem kanalizace a ještě více nezodpovězených dotazů a připomínek od občanů kvůli šířce silnice, zelených pásů atd...ale buduje se dál.

Vážím si lidí, kteří se nebojí vyslovit svůj názor a obzvláště těch, kteří k němu připojí i své jméno.

těším se na to , až to bude vono, myslím, že kanalizace je tak akorát dobrá pro ty, co si vymyslí že chodník má být široký jak prase. Nesouhlasím s ničím. Můj manžel neměl ani nejmenší tušení, dnes je to úplně jinak - ať si ti nepřátelé Zbečníka vymyslí jiný důvod !!! a pokud jsou to přátelé, ať se na to vykašlou. Nevím jak dál, jsem jinak o.k.pryč s návrhy na prázdnou množinu _ vaše ok smysl :-)

Jaromíre, nevím co měl Váš manžel za tušení. V tuto chvíli můžu pouze napsat, že kanalizace a obzvláště silnice jsou nutné udělat. Doufám, že na tom se snad shodne většina obyvatel Zbečníka. O podobě chodníků se stále jedná a věřím, že nakonec pro Zbečník nalezneme to nejlepší řešení.
